Washington Asian Pacific Islander Community Services is a non-profit agency serving youth from middle school to young adulthood, throughout King County. Their goal is to help youth deal with substance abuse/dependency issues and to provide youth with healthy alternatives to substance use. They provide services that meet the cultural needs and expectations of the community they serve. They speak English, Tagalog, Chinese and Taiwanese.
